HIS Flow

Also known as Vinyasa - this class has a faster pace and builds strength / stamina / cardio / balance

HIS Gentle

This style of practice is great for all levels, but is particularly beneficial to beginners or those with injuries, pain, mobility or health issues. Gentle yoga is exactly that: a gentler style of hatha yoga practice, performed at a slower pace with less intense positions.

HIS Sculpt

Using resistance combine with cardio this class will help you target and tone interspersed with flow - great for all fitness levels

HIS Yin

This style of practice is great for working your connective tissues. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, holding poses for longer periods of time than in other styles.

HIS Restorative Yoga

This style of practice encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness and deep breathing.

HIS Stretch
