This style of practice is great for all levels, but is particularly beneficial to beginners or those with injuries, pain, mobility or health issues. Gentle yoga is exactly that: a gentler style of hatha yoga practice, performed at a slower pace with less intense positions.
Using resistance combine with cardio this class will help you target and tone interspersed with flow - great for all fitness levels
This style of practice is great for working your connective tissues. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, holding poses for longer periods of time than in other styles.
